A monthly email to repeat customers
Contacts tagged “Repeat customer” in one group, one sentence to the AI designer, and the stats show you who clicked on the offer.
Email newsletter
Describe what the email is about, and the AI designer writes a finished, on-brand HTML email, subject line included. Your recipients are the contacts already in your CRM, filtered into groups, and the stats show you by name who opened and who clicked.

Your contacts are in the CRM, but your newsletter tool wants its own list. Before every campaign: export, import, match the columns, and hope nobody fell through the cracks.
Unsubscribes have to be tracked in two places. Miss one, and the next email goes to someone who already said no.
Who opened the email shows up in the newsletter tool. Your sales rep works in the CRM and has no idea when they pick up the phone.
Enter a subdomain, like mail.yourcompany.com. Gammatica lists the DNS records, and the Check button tells you what’s still missing.
Everyone, one lead source, or a newsletter group. You fill a group with filters: by source, tag or custom field.
One sentence to the AI designer, a ready-made template, or your own HTML. Variables like %contact.firstName% greet every reader by name.
A live recipient count and cost estimate, plus a test send to your teammates. After you hit Send, you have 3 minutes to undo it with one click.
What it’s used for
Contacts tagged “Repeat customer” in one group, one sentence to the AI designer, and the stats show you who clicked on the offer.
Only for people who signed up through the webinar form — filtered by source, each greeted by name.
People who haven’t bought in a while get a personal-sounding email. Whoever clicks shows up on the contact’s timeline before your rep calls.
Why this is different
No exports, no imports, no second unsubscribe list. The email, the open and the click stay with the contact.

I’ve tried a lot of project management software, but finally here’s one that’s easy to use and meets high expectations.
I’ve been using Gammatica for over a month. We moved off Notion onto this platform quickly and painlessly.
We’ve tried many platforms, but I can finally see all our international campaigns in one place.
A 10/10 solution if you want to see what your team actually does each day.
Viktor and the team did excellent work rolling Gammatica out for us. Recommended.
Finally a calendar I don’t get lost in. I recommend it to everyone.
Anna
Anna is the assistant built into the system. Not a generic chatbot: she knows Gammatica specifically, across about 300 topics — from credits to permissions to billing. Ask in a sentence and she answers; where it helps she shows you with a small animation and links you straight to the right screen.
What people actually ask her:
How do I send a newsletter only to my repeat customers?
Let me open it for you
Because the newsletter goes out in your name, and its sending reputation is yours too. An admin sets up the domain (a subdomain like mail.yourcompany.com is recommended) under Settings → Email: Gammatica lists the DNS records (DKIM, bounce address, a recommended DMARC record) and shows you, record by record, what’s missing. A new domain ramps up its daily limit over the first days; anything that doesn’t fit today goes out tomorrow — nothing is lost.
Sending costs $0.66 per 1,000 emails, from a prepaid balance. You pay for the emails actually sent, not for the size of your list, and you can set a daily, weekly or monthly spending cap. The wizard shows the exact amount before you send. The AI designer runs on your AI credits.
You can turn on double opt-in: someone who signs up on your website form gets a confirmation email first, and only receives newsletters after confirming. The proof (when, from which IP, through which form) is on the contact record. Before your first send, you confirm once that your list was collected lawfully — that part is your responsibility; we give you the tools. Double opt-in doesn’t apply retroactively to contacts added by hand or by import.
With the link at the bottom of the email, in the email’s language: English, Hungarian, Polish or Romanian (you can rewrite the text). The link opens a confirmation page first, so email security scanners can’t unsubscribe a reader by accident. Once someone unsubscribes, they get no more newsletters — even if they come back later as a new contact.
Yes. In HTML mode, paste it into the Code view; in the Visual view, you click into the text and write, no code needed. Save an email that worked as your own template. Plain-text emails are fine too, but they carry no tracking pixel, so opens can only be measured on HTML emails.
Yes: import it as contacts from a CSV or Excel file (dropping the file into the AI chat works too), then use a filter to put them in a newsletter group. You can also block an entire domain so it never receives a newsletter.
You can’t schedule a send for a later date and time today — after you hit Send, you get 3 minutes to undo, then it goes. There’s no A/B testing, and you can’t send attachments from your own domain: link to the file instead. Newsletters only go out from your own sending domain, not from your Gmail or Outlook account.
One sentence about the email, one group from your CRM — and you see by name who was interested.
P.S. The trial costs you nothing and asks for no card details. If it isn’t for you, you close the tab and we never charge you.
