A lead list from one sentence
"Contacts for 20 dental clinics in Budapest" — the machine opens the websites and takes only what is on the page.
AI computer
It researches companies into your pipeline, compares prices across webshops, fills in suppliers' quote forms and signs in to your own portal for the invoices. It works in a browser running in the cloud: you watch it live and can take over at any time.
Rows added to the pipeline can be undone for 10 minutes
In numbers
A list of companies to contact: open the website, find the contact page, copy the address, paste it into the CRM. Then the next one. An afternoon later you are halfway through.
Quote requests are the same: four suppliers, four forms, the same text four times.
None of it takes thinking, only clicking. And it still costs your time.
"Find 20 renovation companies in Budapest and add them to the pipeline." One sentence in the Gammatica AI chat.
The card shows what it will do, on how many sites and roughly how many credits it will cost. It starts only when you press "Start".
You see the pages live. For a sign-in or a verification code, "Take over" puts you in control; then you hand it back.
Companies in the pipeline, prices in a table, PDFs ready to download. The machine goes to sleep and usually keeps its sign-ins.
What it’s used for
"Contacts for 20 dental clinics in Budapest" — the machine opens the websites and takes only what is on the page.
The same product in ten webshops: price, shipping and source in one table.
It signs in to your own account and downloads the PDFs. You approve the sign-in once.
Why this is different
The work is the same: open a page, read it, type it in. You just do not do it.

I’ve tried a lot of project management software, but finally here’s one that’s easy to use and meets high expectations.
I’ve been using Gammatica for over a month. We moved off Notion onto this platform quickly and painlessly.
We’ve tried many platforms, but I can finally see all our international campaigns in one place.
A 10/10 solution if you want to see what your team actually does each day.
Viktor and the team did excellent work rolling Gammatica out for us. Recommended.
Finally a calendar I don’t get lost in. I recommend it to everyone.
Anna
Anna is the assistant built into the system. Not a generic chatbot: she knows Gammatica specifically, across thirty-two topics — from credits to permissions to billing. Ask in a sentence and she answers; where it helps she shows you with a small animation and links you straight to the right screen.
What people actually ask her:
How do I have the AI computer research companies into my pipeline?
Let me open it for you
Four kinds of work: company research (it opens the companies' websites and contact pages, takes only what is on the page, filters out duplicates, and rows added to the pipeline can be undone for 10 minutes), price comparison for one product across several webshops, filling in forms and requesting quotes from several suppliers, and signing in to your own portal account to read or download PDFs.
No. Submitting a form and signing in happen only on the approval card, with your approval. The machine respects robots.txt, and if a CAPTCHA appears, it hands it to you.
Banks, payment pages, government and social media sites — never. The card says so before it starts. It does not sign in to invoicing accounts (Billingo, Számlázz.hu) either.
Yes. With "Take over" you click and type through the live view — for example at a sign-in or a verification code — and the machine waits. After "Hand back" it continues. A takeover lasts at most 10 minutes.
When a job ends, the machine goes to sleep and the next job wakes it, so it usually keeps its sign-ins. A machine left unused for a long time is deleted, but we email you first, and the "Keep it" button in that email keeps it for another 30 days.
The machine uses credits based on actual use. Before it starts, the card shows the estimate, and a run can never go beyond one and a half times the estimate. One machine runs per workspace at a time, and there is a daily limit. Editors and admins can start it.
The AI computer is being switched on gradually, workspace by workspace. Where it is live, the "AI computer" chip appears above the Gammatica AI input, and the chat offers it on its own when a request is this kind of work.
All three agents are included — you don’t pay per agent. No setup fee, no minimum term, and no salesperson to get past.
P.S. The trial costs you nothing and asks for no card details. If it isn’t for you, you close the tab and we never charge you.
