AI surveys
An AI survey builder people actually finish.
Say what you want to find out and the survey is built — one question per screen, a progress bar, and the personal details left to the end. Answers do not land in a spreadsheet, they land in your system.
- One question per screen instead of one intimidating form
- Six starting points: NPS, satisfaction, package finder, registration, research, intake
- Easy question first, name and email only at the end
- A required consent checkbox whenever you ask for personal data
- Responses arrive in your system, not in a separate account
You send the survey and nobody finishes it
You put a survey together. Fourteen questions, all on one page, with name, email and phone right at the top.
Whoever opens it scrolls once, works out this is a five-minute job, and closes the tab. The button at the bottom says "Submit" — like a tax form.
You end up with twenty responses out of two hundred opens, and no idea which question lost them.
How it works here
Say what you want to know
One sentence, or start from one of six templates — NPS through to a client intake form.
It builds the flow
One question per screen, large answer cards, a progress bar. The first question takes a single tap.
Details go last
Name and email are only asked on the final step — anyone who got that far tends to finish.
The response arrives
Not into a separate service: submissions land in your system, and the question name becomes the field name.
Anna
You do not have to learn it. You have someone to ask.
Anna is the assistant built into the system. Not a generic chatbot: she knows Gammatica specifically, across thirty-two topics — from credits to permissions to billing. Ask in a sentence and she answers; where it helps she shows you with a small animation and links you straight to the right screen.
- Ask in plain language, get a plain answer
- She shows you where it is — she does not describe it, she takes you there
- Available at night too, with no ticket to raise
What people actually ask her:
Where do I see the responses that came in?
Let me open it for you
What you want to know before you commit.
Because the respondent makes one decision at a time instead of fourteen. Published industry measurements consistently put step-by-step surveys at roughly twice the completion rate of single-page forms — which is why that is the default flow.
Between five and eight. Above twelve completion collapses, so the builder aims at that band. For each question, ask whether the result would differ without it.
You can, on the last step. If you ask for personal data a required consent checkbox is added — without it the submission cannot start.
Into your system, one record per submission, with your question wording as the field names. If the survey also opens a lead, a contact and a deal are created.
It is built for it. Every tap target is at least 48px and inputs are set at 16px — below that iPhones zoom in, and that is where people drop out.
Another day goes by without it.
No automatic charges — without card details there is nothing to charge.
