AI email agent

An AI email agent with its own address — and it replies within minutes.

With one click, your AI agent gets its own email address, such as [email protected]. Customers write to it, and it answers from its own address, following its job sheet. Anything sensitive, it doesn’t handle itself: it hands it to you.

The customer writes. Then waits.

The enquiry arrives at 9 pm. Someone opens the shared inbox the next morning — if they have time, and if they don’t assume someone else has already replied.

Another mailbox for customer service means another monthly seat, and someone still has to read it.

An auto-reply only says “we got it”. The customer wants more than that — and in the meantime, they can write to your competitor too.

An address that answers

1

Switch it on

One button on the agent’s job sheet. The address is made from the agent’s name, and you can copy it straight away.

2

Decide who can write

Your team only, your contacts, or anyone — plus a list of approved addresses. You decide about unknown senders.

3

The email arrives

We verify the sender, and the email lands in Conversations, on the contact’s thread.

4

It replies — or tells you

It answers from its own address, following its job sheet. A complaint, a price dispute or a legal matter gets no reply: the thread goes to your team.

What it’s used for

Three situations you’ll recognise.

The contact address on your website

Put the agent’s address on your contact page: questions get an answer within minutes, and the sender lands in your CRM as a contact.

A question on the go

“Who hasn’t replied to the proposal?” — one email from your phone, and the answer comes from your real pipeline.

An email that starts work

Mail to the agent’s address can trigger an automation: a task for the team, a notification in a channel.

Why this is different

An agent that replies, instead of a shared inbox.

A customer writes to info@ and waits. They write to the agent’s address and get an answer.

Response time

Next morning, if someone has time

Minutes, even at night

None needed: the address belongs to the agent

Who reads it

Whoever has a moment

The agent, following its job sheet

Sensitive mail

Handled like everything else

Complaints, disputes, legal: sent to your team

Unknown sender

Anyone can write anything

Verification, quarantine, you decide

Internal question

“I’ll check the CRM later”

Ask by email, get an answer from real data

Companies that have already handed the work over

Don’t take our word for it.

I’ve tried a lot of project management software, but finally here’s one that’s easy to use and meets high expectations.

I’ve been using Gammatica for over a month. We moved off Notion onto this platform quickly and painlessly.

Anna

You don’t have to learn it. You have someone to ask.

Anna is the assistant built into the system. Not a generic chatbot: she knows Gammatica specifically, across thirty-two topics — from credits to permissions to billing. Ask in a sentence and she answers; where it helps she shows you with a small animation and links you straight to the right screen.

  • Ask in plain language, get a plain answer
  • She shows you where it’s — she doesn’t describe it, she takes you there
  • Available at night too, with no ticket to raise

What people actually ask her:

How does my agent get its own email address?

Let me open it for you

What you want to know before you commit.

One made from its name on Gammatica’s bot domain — for example [email protected]. You switch it on with one click on the agent’s job sheet, and the address can be copied. No new Google or Microsoft account is needed: the system receives and stores the mail.

You decide: your team only, the contacts in your CRM, or anyone — and you can add approved addresses on top. Mail from unknown senders goes to quarantine, where you accept or reject it; if you prefer, we reject it straight away.

It won’t follow them. The content of an email is data, not a command: the agent doesn’t act on instructions, links or attachments inside it. We verify the sender with SPF and DKIM; mail from unverified senders goes to quarantine, and spam and automated mail (newsletters, bounces) get no reply.

When it’s unsure, or when a complaint, a price dispute or a legal matter comes in: then it doesn’t write back but hands the thread to your team. There are limits too: 50 replies a day per inbox by default (you can change it), 2 a day per contact, 10 an hour per sender.

Yes. When a team member or an approved address writes — say, “How are the leads looking?” — it answers from your workspace’s real data, with your permissions. It won’t carry out actions from an email (sending, deleting, changing anything); it only suggests them.

Yes. Mail to the agent’s address triggers an “Email received” automation just as a connected mailbox does — for example a task for the team or a notification in a channel.

The address and the inbox cost nothing extra. The agent’s replies use AI credits at the rate for text work — a short reply is a few credits.

Who writes tonight’s proposal?

All three agents are included — you don’t pay per agent. No setup fee, no minimum term, and no salesperson to get past.

P.S. The trial costs you nothing and asks for no card details. If it isn’t for you, you close the tab and we never charge you.
