Booking system

A booking system that is one with your CRM.

Put out a link and let them book. The booking does not pile up in a separate service: it becomes a contact in your CRM straight away, history and all.

  • One link and they can book — no calls, no back-and-forth email
  • One click turns a booking into a contact if it is not one already
  • Name, email, phone, slot and status in one table
  • Email and phone are clickable — nothing to copy across
  • No second subscription for a booking app

Seven emails about one appointment

"When suits you?" — "Tuesday afternoon." — "Not Tuesday, Wednesday?" — "Only early on Wednesday." And on it goes, seven emails deep.

When it is finally settled you put it in the calendar. Not in the CRM though, because that is another tab and you are in a hurry.

And if you do have a booking tool, it is a separate service with a separate bill, which somebody copies data out of once a month. Or does not.

How it works here

1

Set it up

It walks you through it: when you are free, how long a slot runs, what to ask. No configuration screen to decipher.

2

Share the link

On your site, in your email signature, in an ad. All they see is when you are actually free.

3

They book

They pick a slot and fill in their details. Nothing lands on your desk.

4

It arrives in the system

The booking is in your calendar and the person is a contact in your CRM — not in another app's database.

Anna

You do not have to learn it. You have someone to ask.

Anna is the assistant built into the system. Not a generic chatbot: she knows Gammatica specifically, across thirty-two topics — from credits to permissions to billing. Ask in a sentence and she answers; where it helps she shows you with a small animation and links you straight to the right screen.

  • Ask in plain language, get a plain answer
  • She shows you where it is — she does not describe it, she takes you there
  • Available at night too, with no ticket to raise

What people actually ask her:

How do I connect my Google calendar?

Let me open it for you

What you want to know before you commit.

No. It is part of the Pro plan, like the CRM and projects. You do not need a booking subscription alongside it.

Bookings appear in the system calendar, and events from your Google or Outlook calendar can be brought in so nobody books over something you already have on.

If they are already a client the booking attaches to them. If not, one click turns them into a contact based on their email — with no dialog to pick through.

Yes. Both the booking page and the bookings list work on a phone; on a small screen the table becomes cards with the same data.

Yes, you can set up several booking types with different lengths and questions — a consultation and a demo, for example.

Another day goes by without it.

No automatic charges — without card details there is nothing to charge.
