How many sessions do I have left?
The client signs in and sees their session pack and today’s workout. The trainer sees whose pack is about to run out, and only the trainer can change the count.
For businesses whose clients still ask you what they should be able to look up themselves
Say who signs in and what they do. The AI builds the app: a client portal, a price calculator, an inventory list, work orders, a session tracker. The platform owns sign-in and permissions, and before anything goes live, the system tries to break into your app. Everyone who signs up becomes a contact in your CRM.
14 days free · no credit card · the trial gives you the full plan; building and going live need Pro + AI 6,000 or Premium
Gammatica's AI web app builder turns one sentence into a login app at its own address, such as a client portal or price calculator, with platform-owned sign-in, 30+ security checks before publishing and sign-ups in your CRM.
Four typed requests, four login apps: a session package tracker, a cleaning schedule, HVAC work orders, and a client portal.
A trainer gets a session package tracker and workout plans from one sentence, clients check off workouts on their phones, and packages running low show up flagged.
A cleaning company gets a schedule, an on-site checklist with photos, and client records, and each client’s page shows when the cleaning is done.

Ready samples
A personal trainer, a cleaning company, an AC service. Sign-in, lists, schedules and sample data, all working.
Hand-coded samples for made-up businesses, with made-up names. Not client work. These samples are in Hungarian for now.
How many sessions do I have left? Where’s my job at? Did you send the invoice? Same question, tenth time, 9 p.m., by text.
The answer lives in a spreadsheet on your laptop. You’re the only one who can read it, and the only one who knows which copy is current.
You ask a developer for a quote. It arrives weeks later, and you close the email.
So you try an AI builder. It looks great. Then you remember other people’s data would sit in it, and nobody can tell you who sees what.
That isn’t you being behind. Until now the choice was expensive or risky.
Not for you if…
Who signs in, what they do, what they see. That sentence is the whole brief.
Who signs in, what data it keeps, which pages it has, who sees what, and the expected credits. Nothing gets built until you say so.
It tests the app in a real browser, on desktop and phone, fixes what the test finds, and a separate reviewer checks it against your request. You then open a preview at its own address, on separate data.
The security check runs, and only what passes goes live. After that, you change it in the chat, and earlier versions can be restored.
What it’s used for
The client signs in and sees their session pack and today’s workout. The trainer sees whose pack is about to run out, and only the trainer can change the count.
Cleaners sign in on their phones, see their schedule, check off the list on site and upload a photo. The manager sees it all in one place.
Work order on the phone, with photos and a refrigerant log. The manager sees whose maintenance is due, and no paper gets left in the van.
Why this is different
Same goal: people sign in and see only what’s theirs. One route takes weeks and several rounds. The other starts with a sentence.
Getting started
Spec, quote, weeks
One sentence, a plan, a few minutes of building
Sign-in and permissions
Built and maintained separately
Ready on the platform; the AI writes no code for it
Security testing
A separate line item, if it gets done
30+ checks before every publish
Changes
New quote, new round
Type it in the chat, and restore if you need to
New users
Copied into the CRM by hand, if at all
A verified sign-up becomes a contact
Companies that have already handed the work over

real user rating
I’ve tried a lot of project management software, but finally here’s one that’s easy to use and meets high expectations.
I’ve been using Gammatica for over a month. We moved off Notion onto this platform quickly and painlessly.
We’ve tried many platforms, but I can finally see all our international campaigns in one place.
A 10/10 solution if you want to see what your team actually does each day.
Viktor and the team did excellent work rolling Gammatica out for us. Recommended.
Finally a calendar I don’t get lost in. I recommend it to everyone.
Anna
Anna is the assistant built into the system. Not a generic chatbot: she knows Gammatica specifically, across about 300 topics, from credits to permissions to billing. Ask in a sentence and she answers; where it helps she shows you with a small animation and links you straight to the right screen.
What people actually ask her:
How do I build a client portal where everyone sees only their own data?
Let me open it for you
A real app. People sign in with their own account at its own address, add data, upload files, and see only what the rules allow. The rules and the data live on the server, not in the browser.
No. Sign-in, sessions and data storage come from the platform. The AI codes the screens and states who sees what in a closed rule format, which the platform turns into database conditions. It writes no SQL, handles no passwords, and can’t put its own password or card field on a page.
It runs before every publish, and it can’t be switched off. Test users try to read, change and delete each other’s data, without signing in and from another app. More than 30 checks, no AI involved. If one gets through, the app doesn’t go live: after up to two automatic fix rounds, the same check runs again. It’s an automated test, not an independent audit.
With a 6-digit email code or a one-tap link, or a password if you ask for one. Each role can have open sign-up, sign-up after your approval, or invitation only; an admin role comes by invitation only. Once a live sign-up verifies their email, they become a contact with a note about their role. An existing address links to the existing contact, with no duplicate. You approve, block and invite people from Gammatica.
Every AI round starts with a snapshot, and restoring an earlier version costs no credits. The live app doesn’t change until you publish again, and publishing runs the security check again.
Building a new app and publishing it are part of Pro + AI 6,000 and Premium. Building uses AI credits based on actual usage. You see an estimate first, repair rounds included, and if the work reaches 1.4 times the estimate, the AI stops and asks you. A running app uses no AI credits.
Partly. In the trial you describe your app and get the full plan: who signs in, what it stores, who sees what. Building from your description and going live need a paid plan. The three ready-made samples you can open right away (personal trainer, cleaning company, AC service) are in Hungarian only for now.
No payments, no calls to outside systems, no scheduled jobs, no custom domain, no bulk invites, no data export. People can’t yet download their own data or delete their own account themselves. For calendar-based booking with live availability, use the booking system.
