Gammatica has one platform plan, Pro. AI on top of it is paid in credits, and credits belong to the workspace, not to individual users: buy a package once and the whole team draws from the same balance.
Pro: the platform, per user
- Monthly: $15 per user per month (€13 / 5,000 HUF)
- Annual: $120 per user per year (€104 / 40,000 HUF), which is 33% less than paying monthly
Pro includes the whole system: CRM and pipelines, projects and tasks, automations, the support inbox, the website chatbot, team chat, booking, e-signatures, reports and 5 GB of storage per workspace. Every workspace also gets 30 free AI credits a day, enough to try things out.
AI credit packages, per workspace
If AI does real work for your team, add a monthly credit package. Packages are billed per workspace, not per user, and you can only buy them alongside Pro.
- 3,000 credits a month: $20 / €17 / 6,500 HUF per month
- 6,000 credits a month: $35 / €29 / 11,000 HUF per month
Everyone in the workspace uses the same package. Package credits are available until your next renewal, when the package refills. Unused package credits don’t roll over. The annual discount applies to Pro only; credit packages are always billed monthly.
Top-ups for busy months
When a month runs hot, buy a one-off top-up. There are six sizes, from 1,500 credits ($10 / 3,500 HUF) up to 36,000 credits (84,000 HUF). Top-up credits can be used for 60 days from purchase.
Free credits
- Welcome gift: your first workspace of your own gets 3,000 credits once. They never expire.
- Daily credits: 30 free credits every day.
What a credit buys
Every AI action has a set price, so you can see where your credits go:
- Emails, proposals, decks, reports: the cheapest work. Cost scales with length.
- Meeting notes: 2.5 credits per minute (a 30-minute call is 75 credits)
- Call transcript: 3 credits per minute
- AI avatar: 20 credits per image
- Ad image: priced from the actual generation cost, minimum 10 credits. You see the price before you run it.
- AI video: 30 to 122 credits per second, depending on the model (the default model is 70 per second). Narration adds 30 credits and music adds 40.
- Talking-head video: 15 credits per second
- +10 GB storage: 750 credits, paid once. The extra space is permanent.
Video is the expensive part. Text is hard to burn through in a month; video can use up a package in an afternoon.
Email sending
Email sending isn’t paid in credits. It runs from a separate prepaid balance and is billed per 1,000 emails, and you always see the exact charge before anything goes out. Mail you send from your own connected Gmail or Outlook account is free.
Free trial
Start with a 14-day trial with every feature, for your whole team, and no credit card. Since we never ask for a card, nothing is charged when the trial ends. You choose a plan when you’re ready.
Taxes
All prices are net. Hungarian customers pay 27% VAT on top. Businesses in the EU with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. Outside the EU, including the US, no VAT is added.
Frequently asked questions
Do I pay for AI per user?
No. Pro is priced per user, but the AI credit package is priced per workspace. One package covers everyone in the workspace.
What happens to credits I don’t use?
Monthly package credits last until your next renewal and don’t roll over. Top-up credits are usable for 60 days from purchase. The 3,000-credit welcome gift never expires.
What happens when I run out of credits?
AI features pause until your package renews or you buy a top-up. Everything else, including your pipeline, contacts, tasks and projects, keeps working as usual.
Can I add or remove users mid-cycle?
Yes. A new user costs a prorated amount for the rest of the billing period. If you remove someone, the unused days are credited toward your next bill.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your workspace, with no phone call needed. Everything keeps working until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
