FAQ

Q1: Do I need to pay for every team member?

No. The Vex AI Pass is per-seat, but you only pay for the team members you give AI access to. The rest of your team can use Gammatica's standard CRM features (pipeline, contacts, tasks, projects) at no additional cost (Note: Gammatica Pro package (Not AI) could cost you additional monthly fee).

Q2: What happens to unused credits at the end of the month?

Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and don't roll over to the next month. This is the same model used by biggest AI models in the world.

Q3: Can I switch a seat from Starter to Pro mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades activate immediately — the seat keeps its remaining Starter credits, and the Pro credits (6,000) are added on top. The price difference is calculated pro-rata for the rest of the billing cycle.

Q4: Can I downgrade from Pro to Starter?

Yes. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you continue to enjoy Pro features and credits until the end of the current month.

Q5: Can I move a seat from one team member to another?

Not yet. It's under development.

Q6: What counts as one credit?

Credit costs vary by AI action. Examples:

  • Generate an email: 5 credits
  • Generate a call script: 5 credits
  • Generate a proposal: 10 credits
  • Run a pipeline analysis: 10 credits
  • Daily best next step recommendations: included free
  • Quick chat questions to Vex: 1-3 credits depending on length

Note: Credit costs for chat conversations may vary slightly based on response length.

Q7: What happens when my credits run out?

Vex AI features pause until your next billing cycle resets your credits, you upgrade your plan, or you purchase a top-up credit pack. The CRM core features (pipeline, contacts, tasks) keep working normally.

Q8: How do I cancel my plan?

Cancel anytime directly from your Gammatica Vex AI dashboard — no phone calls, no retention agents. Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.

Q9: Is the trial truly free?

Yes, the 7-day trial costs nothing. We require a credit card to start so the transition to a paid plan is seamless if you decide to continue. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged.
