Gammatica
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website at https://gammatica.com and the related software, products and services (collectively, “Gammatica” or the “Service”) provided by Gammatica Kft. (the “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the website, registering for, or using the Service, the customer (“Customer”, “User”, “you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
Gammatica is a platform for businesses and organisations. It is not offered to, and may not be used by, natural persons acting as consumers within the meaning of Hungarian and EU law. Because the User is not a consumer, the rules on consumer-protection procedures and conciliation-body procedures do not apply.
We may review and amend these Terms at our discretion. When we do, we will update this page; changes take effect from the date of publication or, where they materially reduce your rights, 30 days after publication. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms were last updated on 8 June 2026.

2. Definitions
“Customer Data” means all data, text, files, documents, messages, contacts and other content that you or your authorised users input, upload, connect, generate or store through the Service, including data imported from connected third-party services. “Authorised User” means an individual you permit to use the Service under your account. “Subscription Period” means the period for which you have paid for access to the Service. “AUP” means our Acceptable Use Policy; “Privacy Policy” means our Privacy Policy.
3. The Service and licence to use
Subject to these Terms and to payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own internal business purposes during the Subscription Period. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of ownership. You may not transfer or resell access to any unauthorised third party. The licence terminates automatically if you breach these Terms.
Technical requirements for using the Service: a broadband internet connection; a supported browser (current versions of Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox); an active username and password; and appropriate access rights.
4. Eligibility
You represent that you are a business or organisation (or an individual acting in a business or professional capacity), that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of the entity you represent, and that the entity is not subject to applicable sanctions and is not located in an embargoed jurisdiction.
5. Registration and user accounts
To use the Service, you must register and create an account, providing accurate and complete information. By registering, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. A contract for the use of Gammatica is concluded upon successful registration and payment, confirmed by email. A contract concluded via the website is not considered to be in writing and is not separately filed by us; its languages are English and Hungarian.
You may invite and manage Authorised Users within your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account, for keeping login credentials and access tokens secure, and for promptly updating your account information. You must notify us without delay of any unauthorised use. You may manage and update your profile information at any time, and a password-reset function is available from the login screen.
6. Free trial
We may offer a free trial of the Service for a limited period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin and fees will become payable unless you cancel before the trial ends, as described at sign-up. We may modify or withdraw trial offers at any time, and may limit trials to one per customer. Trial use is subject to these Terms and the AUP, and we may suspend or terminate trial accounts that we reasonably believe are being abused (for example through the creation of multiple accounts).
7. Fees, billing and taxes
The services, service packages and applicable fees are set out in our pricing information, available at https://gammatica.com. Prices may be shown in Hungarian forint or US dollars. Listed prices are net amounts; VAT is added at the applicable rate, and you pay the net fee plus VAT.
- You pay a subscription fee for the Subscription Period. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The fee is payable monthly or annually in advance, by card through our payment processor, Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland). We are not directly responsible for the payment processor’s service.
- Within three working days after a fee is credited to us, we issue an electronic invoice to your email address.
- We may partially or fully suspend access to the Service if a due fee remains unpaid.
- By ordering the Service or paying the fee, you give your express prior consent to immediate commencement of the digital service, acknowledging that, to the extent any withdrawal right would otherwise apply, it ceases once performance has begun.
- We may change our fees. We will give reasonable advance notice of price changes, which take effect at the start of your next renewal period; if you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
8. Term, cancellation and termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and the Service remains available until then. Except as required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
We may suspend or terminate your access and these Terms with immediate effect on written notice for any breach of these Terms, the AUP or applicable law, for non-payment, or where required to protect the security or integrity of the Service or third parties. On termination, your licence ends and you must stop using the Service. For a limited period after termination, you may export Customer Data where the Service provides that function; thereafter we may delete Customer Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations. Once deleted, data cannot be restored.
9. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to the AUP, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Without limiting the AUP, you must not: modify, copy, create derivative works of, decompile or reverse engineer the Service; remove proprietary notices; mirror or transfer the Service to another server or person; use the Service to abuse, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any network or system; transmit harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent or unlawful material; send unauthorised advertising or spam; harvest data without consent; or infringe the privacy, intellectual-property or other rights of third parties.
10. Customer Data and data protection
As between you and us, you own and are responsible for Customer Data. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit and display Customer Data solely to the extent necessary to provide, secure, maintain and support the Service for you and in accordance with your instructions and the Privacy Policy. We will not use Customer Data to serve advertising and will not use Customer Data to develop, improve or train generalised, non-personalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We will never sell Customer Data.
Where Customer Data contains personal data, you act as the data controller and we act as the data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid legal basis for the processing, for providing required notices and obtaining required consents, and for the lawfulness of your data processing. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability arising from your data processing. Our processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available at https://www.gammatica.com/privacy-policy.
11. AI-powered features and disclaimer
The Service includes artificial-intelligence features (the “AI Features”), such as content and text generation, summaries, checklists and subtasks, document generation, email-reply suggestions, lead scoring, and chatbot functionality. AI requests are routed through OpenRouter, Inc. to third-party model providers, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Assistance only. AI-generated content is provided for assistance only and is not absolute, final, or legally binding. It may contain inaccuracies, errors or unsuitable content, and you must review and verify it before relying on it.
- Your responsibility. By using the AI Features you accept full responsibility for reviewing, editing and ensuring the correctness, compliance and suitability of any AI-generated content before use. Where AI output contributes to automated processing that could have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, you must apply meaningful human review.
- No professional advice. AI-generated content does not constitute professional, legal, medical, tax or financial advice.
- No training on your data. Customer Data processed through the AI Features is not used to train generalised AI/ML models. Requests are routed with the AI-training opt-out applied; model providers may process data only to deliver the requested feature and may retain it transiently under their own terms.
- No liability for AI errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for misleading, incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable AI-generated content and for any damages or consequences resulting from reliance on it.
- Usage restrictions. You must not use the AI Features for illegal, misleading or unethical purposes, as further described in the AUP.
12. Third-party services and integrations
The Service may interoperate with third-party services (such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Stripe, and automation tools). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and we are not liable for their availability, acts or omissions. We have not reviewed all sites linked from the Service and do not endorse them; use of linked sites is at your own risk.
13. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the Service and in all materials and marks contained in or connected with it are owned by or licensed to Gammatica Kft. and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We have the exclusive right to license use of the content and interface of the Service, which may not be used or exploited other than as part of the intended use of the Service without our prior written consent.
If you provide feedback, suggestions or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them without restriction or obligation to you.
14. Confidentiality
Each party shall treat as confidential any non-public information of the other party that it learns in the course of the relationship, shall use it only to perform under these Terms, and shall not disclose it to third parties, both during and after the term, except where disclosure is required by law or to professional advisers bound by confidentiality. This does not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party.
15. Warranties and disclaimers
The Service and all materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Materials in the Service are for general information only, and we make no representations about their accuracy, reliability or results. We may perform maintenance and may experience downtime, and we exclude liability where the Service is unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business or data, arising out of or relating to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the total fees paid by you to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Hungarian or EU law, including liability for intentional breach, for damage caused by gross negligence, or for harm to life, bodily integrity or health.
17. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Gammatica Kft., its officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your or your Authorised Users’ breach of these Terms or the AUP; (ii) Customer Data, including any claim that it infringes third-party rights or was processed without a valid legal basis; or (iii) your use of the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
18. Beta and early-access features
We may make features available on a beta, preview or early-access basis. Such features are provided “as is”, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, are excluded from any availability commitments, and are used at your own risk.
19. Modifications to the Service
We may unilaterally modify, revise, further develop or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time. We are not obliged to notify you in advance of routine modifications; it is your responsibility to stay informed of changes. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially degrading core functionality you rely on during a paid Subscription Period.
20. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance (other than payment obligations) caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, failures of telecommunications or internet providers, hosting or third-party service outages, cyber-attacks, or government action.
21. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets, subject to the Privacy Policy.
22. Entire agreement and order of precedence
These Terms, together with the AUP and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the subject. If there is a conflict, these Terms prevail over the AUP and the Privacy Policy with respect to contractual rights and obligations, except that the Privacy Policy prevails on matters of personal-data processing. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is wholly or partly void or unenforceable, it is severed to that extent, and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
24. Notices and complaints handling
Notices to us may be sent to help@gammatica.com; we may give notices to you by email or through the Service. We will respond to a written complaint about our activities within 15 days of receipt at one of our official contact details, indicating the available remedies and time limits. Where the nature of the complaint requires further investigation, the deadline for investigation is 15 days.
25. Governing law, jurisdiction and language
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hungary. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions of these Terms, the English version prevails unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
