How to connect Facebook Lead Ads with Gammatica via Make.com
You can easily automate your Facebook Lead Ads so that every new lead is automatically added to your Gammatica CRM — into any pipeline and stage you choose! No more manual entry — everything happens automatically. 🚀
Step-by-step guide:
- Log in to your Facebook Business Suite account.
- Make sure you have Admin permissions for the Facebook Page and Ad Account.
- Log in to your Make.com account.
- Create a new Scenario in Make.com.
- For the first module, select the Facebook Lead Ads integration.
- Click Add connection and connect your Facebook account.
- Select the Facebook Page and the Lead form from which you want to collect leads.
- Set the polling interval (e.g. every 15 minutes) so Make.com will check for new leads.
- Next, add the Gammatica integration:
- Select: Gammatica → Create Workflow Contact
(this creates a new contact in your Gammatica CRM).
- Select: Gammatica → Create Workflow Contact
- You will need your Gammatica API Key:
- Log in to app.gammatica.com.
- Click on your name in the top-right corner → Edit Workspace → Integrations → Make.com.
- Generate a new API key → copy the key → paste it into the Gammatica module in Make.com.
- In the Gammatica module, configure:
- Which pipeline you want to send new leads into (e.g. "Leads").
- Which stage within the pipeline (e.g. "New Lead").
- Map the contact data (name, email, phone number) from your Facebook Lead Ads form fields.
- Save and activate your Scenario — you're done!
Result:
From now on, every Facebook Lead will automatically appear in your Gammatica CRM — in the exact pipeline and stage you selected. No more lost leads! 🔥
